Refreshing dealership philosophy! I purchased a car on Friday and called Saturday to cancel the deal. I felt unsure about my decision and the sales associate (Chris) was surprised when I purchased a car on Friday and called Saturday to cancel the deal. I felt unsure about my decision and the sales associate (Chris) was surprised when I told him I no longer wanted the car. I was not pressured in any way to change my mind. Later that morning I received a phone call from online representative (Patricia). She wanted to know why I had changed my mind. She encouraged me to return to the dealership and to meet with Chris which I did. Both Chris and Patricia assured me that they did not want to pressure me. Their concern was that my car buying experience be a exciting and happy occasion. I was assured by Chris & Patricia that there was "no pressure to buy the car if I felt indecisive & we can find the right car if that is what you prefer". I did drive the car again, plus another one on the lot. Again I was told if I wanted them to contact me when the "right" certified used vehicle was available, they would do that. Bottom line was my satisfaction. Empathy & support exuded from both of these folks. My feelings of indecision were laid to rest & I drove off the lot with the car I purchased the day before and felt elated with my decision. Their professional demeanor and assurance of "no pressure" to take any vehicle I did not love was clearly communicated. I had an hour drive home and every minute of the trip I knew in my heart I had been sincerely assisted in making the ultimate decision. I love the car I bought. More

The salesman, Nick, was very knowledgeable about the CRV and made the whole experience great. I purchased the vehicle on Monday and was in and out within an hour driving my new CRV. Due to the great customer service I will be bringing my car to Keeler for all maintenance services and would recommend Keeler to anyone looking for a new Honda or BMW. More

With the seats folded down, there is a lot of room for a small car, and the up to 36 MPG was a bonus. Of the 4 Honda dealers in the Albany area, Keeler was the only one that had a Honda Fit Sport model with the 6-speed manual transmission. By Monday afternoon, I took a test drive, and took delivery of my new car on Tuesday afternoon. The salesman, Adam Dorn, took care of contacting the insurance company and getting the new plates for my car. The whole process went very smoothly. Several other employees, including the general manager sent me emails to see if they could help me with any questions or problems which may come up. Definitely recommend Keeler Honda, and my salesman Adam. More
