Our sales associate, Nick Tedesco, was very welcoming, personable, helpful, and pressure-free. Nick is a great ambassador for Keeler. On the service side, I've found the service department to be very helpful, accommodating, and fair. The only downside was the finance department's hard-sell on the extended warranty.
