Josh and Jon were able to work us in despite being very busy and managed to fix the issue and get us back on the road. We made it back to Virginia with no problems thanks to these fine men! I recommend them highly and would trust them anytime. More
Jeep Wrangler 4XE are very fickle vehicles that do not work as intended in the New England climate. On a most recent service the oil change light was not turned of and I found out all 4 shocks were blown work as intended in the New England climate. On a most recent service the oil change light was not turned of and I found out all 4 shocks were blown and defect and the vehicle would not pass it's safety inspection. Parts were to be ordered in a week, and I requested to be emailed as soon as that occured. A month later no email. Finally they confirmed they had the parts but it would be 10 days or longer to install them, even after waiting 5 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired by warranty. After several emailed Jeremiah the srvice manager has determined that my vehicle will not be fixed by the dealership after no effort has been made to them to fix it, nor would they confirm a date & time. The reason is that if you are not happy with a lack of service at this dealership you are not welcomed as a customer. The vehicle has 4 blow shocks since the 4XE Jeep was poorly enginerred and it will not pass safety inspection. For 5 weeks I've had to drive under this condition and zero effort to assist in anyway was made by the dealership. Very odd, but this is what this dealership seems to be about. Another note is that they suggest leases through ALLY which do not allow you to easily trade the vehicle in. Other leading dealerships in the Keene area would NEVER subject a customer to either of these problems. Conversely the sales department was always happy to research, address issue, and add value. After a full day with my truck, I was informed that they needed it overnight, and was I aware that my truck would be lifted 4".?????? Lol,lol. Seriously. If your not familiar with very common spacer kits, than maybe you shouldn't schedule them. Thanks for wasting a full day of my time. More

However, it's take a year to get a recall job done on it(needed a hitch installed) because of fire hazards in rearend collisions. Anyway, when we finally got them to do the job, we asked them to take a look at the overall car, since the brakes sounded like they needed attention and there was oil leaking. They agreed to, but told us they couldn't figure out why the oil wAs leaking, but a lot is coming out. Um, ok, sounds bad, right? They then quoted us $395 to replace the rear(only) brake pads and rotors, yeah, you're nuts. So we left, and I promptly called our local, honest, fairly priced machanic. He said bring it in and he'll aesses the situation. My husband replaced the rear pads himself, it took him 45mins, without the fancy tools and a lift. Our machanic took one look at her car today, ya know, up on the lift and immediately saw what the problem was. It had loose oil filter. That's it. He changed the oil, replaced the rear rotors and fixed an abs sensor for $254. He also said this is so common, where dealerships blattenly lie, over charge and fix things that don't need fixing. Never will we go back to this dealership again. Awful. More
This morning the windshield in my 2013 Dart cracked while parked with the defroster warming the glass. I immediately drove to the dealer in town "Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram". The person at the parked with the defroster warming the glass. I immediately drove to the dealer in town "Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram". The person at the counter was cold and didn't really listen to what I described. She told me that there is no Mopar windshield for this car and that Dodge would likely not be paying for this. She took a long time to tell me nothing and never offered to schedule an appointment or even look at my car that was parked 20 feet away. I left and went to Keene Chrysler just 20 miles away. The experience was just the opposite there. I've done a lot of business with Keene Chrysler in the past and would have just gone there had it not been for the driving distance. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly faces immediately. They listened to what I described happened to my windshield. They said that it was extremely uncommon and immediately offered to go outside and have a look. From there they photographed the window told me that they would submit it to Chrysler and give me a call. Later in the afternoon (Friday), I received a call that the windshield was approved and that they'd like to fit me in on Monday and address other bulletins as well. There's no real good time for me to be without my car, so they also arranged a rental car. These are all simple things and what I had expected in the first place, but Keene Chrysler runs a polished dealership and understands my needs. I won't make the mistake of wasting my time at Summit again. I would have saved time if I'd started in Keene this morning. More
I had several problems with the service dept. I should start by saying that my first experience there was good (just an oil change). Then I went back with an actual problem and my saga began. I had the start by saying that my first experience there was good (just an oil change). Then I went back with an actual problem and my saga began. I had the vehicle back several times and I they would insist it was fixed. It was not. I would explain everything and they always screwed up and ignored the info I gave them. I gave up. They also appeared to be very annoyed. I understand mistakes can happen but one of the service guys had a terrible attitude. More
