I confirmed myself that the shock / shock mount is bad. While Customer Service was accommodating, I'm not all impressed with the level of troubleshooting performed at Keene Service. More

paid for new heater core and heater didnt work took truck in to have the air condition repaired. they had to replace evaporator behind the dash. I figured since the truck is fourteen years old it would be best to replace the heater core while the dash was out even though I never had a problem with the heat. picked truck up in july and the air worked fine. I didn't consider checking the heat with it being s\o hot anyway until in a chilly morning in October and had no heat. dealer said the blend doors were broken and they don't get messed with during the evaporator or heater core replacement and wanted 1200.00 more dollars to fix after I paid 1500.00 for the original job. More

I decided to give Keene a chance and see what they could do for me. They solved my problem in several hours and loaned me a car .I had no appointment but they serviced my needs anyway. I will return for any problems that I might have. Very nice to deal with. More
