The dealership facility is clean and employees are welcoming. Pierre promptly greeted me and ascertained the type of vehicle I would be happy with. The buying experience was prompt (no waiting around for appraisal of my trade-in, etc). The sales technique was appropriate with no undue high pressure sales techniques. Angelo, the finance manager was very helpful and friendly. Pierre went out of his way to complete the experience by personally delivering the vehicle and explaining it's features. All in all, this was probably my best car buying experience. More

I went to Keffer to test drive the Grand Cherokee. I really had no intention of buying the vehicle on this visit. Buying I new car is one of my least favorite things to do. This is because it usually feels like the dealership is taking advantage of the buyer. Buying a car from Keffer was actually enjoyable. They made the process easy good service, easy negotiations with a friendly smile. The process was so easy that I decided to buy the car that day because I felt good about it.
