Worst New Car Buying Experience - I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I purchased a brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with almost 0 miles from Keffer. 2 months later, a small crack in the front this dealer to anyone. I purchased a brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with almost 0 miles from Keffer. 2 months later, a small crack in the front fender showed up- i found out that my brand new Jeep had been wrecked on Keffer's Lot and they covered it up. There was a carfax record of the damage as well. I tried to talk to the dealership and Frank Cruz and his General Manager of the dealership told me "yes it was wrecked, but they do not have to disclose anything to me" thye said it was NC law and they did not have to tell me about the damages. They offered to trade in the vehicle and offer me what it was worth without the wreck- but that price was thousands too high with interest rates higher than any competitor. This was the second vehicle I purchased from them and i will never go back. they are dishonest and untrustworthy- i even asked ho to contact the owner to talk with him and they refused to provide information. they told me i could look it up myself. I had previously purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart from Coach and that experience was amaz not only buy your first vehicle here but all your vehicles here.
