Great experience with Willie Hailley. He communicated with us promptly and was friendly. There wasn't a lot of back and forth negotiating as they gave me a fair price after only minor negotiations. My experience at Keffer was overall exceptional. My only recommendation is to make the overall dealership location a luxurious experience. We first ventured to another dealership down the road which was spacious, modern, and offered us a beverage while we spoke with the sales rep. They made it very difficult not to purchase a vehicle from them. Only they didn't quite have the vehicle that I wanted while Keffer did. Although my overall experience at Keffer was great, I think that they might benefit from going the extra mile to make the experience a memorable one when visiting their facility. More

I must say, this was by far the best car buying experience ever. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. From the General Sales Mgr Joe Maus, Sales Mgr Mike Turner, the finance manage experience ever. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. I was nervous as this was my first brand new car purchase. I was put at ease quickly, they werent pushy, I felt like they really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, what I needed in terms of financing, and I fell in love with the car.
