I felt like the entire time I was being a bother to my salesman because he was too busy from start of negotiations past through to having to deal with them after the purchase. I was even able to pull up items online myself through JEEP that they've told me isn't sold anymore. They are telling me they will remedy the situation fully, which I feel they may, but I've spent too much time trying to get things done. It's like pulling teeth when I was the one who just spent a large amount of money and they should be taking care of me within reasonable time frames and with proper service. One top of it, each time they say they will do something I've had to either call everyday to check when they said they would call or when they do do it, they do it only partially correct. More

By far the best place for us to buy a new jeep. It was easy to get in the door and easy to maneuver around the inventory. Arrived on the lot and was immediately greeted by Curt we talked on the lot for a bit about different models of the challenger before wanting to check out the inside of one that caught my eye. We sat down discussed some small talk and got into talking about the car after driving the car and listening to Curt I was immediately sold. The entire staff of everyone I encountered was just so nice and courteous from Curt to the service desk lady. There is not a question in my mind about the staff at Keffer regarding this being the best experience I've had in quite a while, I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for great service, great selection, quality cars and the best group of people you can meet in buying a car to visit this dealership immediately!!!!! I called Matt Knight and told him what i wanted and what i had to trade. I told him i needed to be at a certain number for trade and when He called me back the next day he came in with more trade money than i had to trade.
