Mike did something that I appreciate at the dealer level, he understood I didn't like the car and didn't try to hard sell me on something that wasn't right... this proved to be the selling point for me, and I knew I was coming back to this guy for my next car purchase, I waited out the market till that BEAUTIFUL blue BMW came in on trade and he and his dad (Joe) helped me all along the way and we're extremely transparent throughout the entire deal. I appreciate them for their hard work, commitment, and overall friendliness. I typically dread making large purchases, not because I don't enjoy new things...because I do not care for salesmen. I loathe the high pressure, let's make it work, what's it going to take to put you in this thing, you don't really know what you're looking for, we can make it happen "sales-ma-fication" that goes on when you make a large purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when I didn't encounter that at Keffer. The sales staff was there to answer my questions and show me vehicles but I wasn't held captive. We had narrowed down our search to three manufacturers. They gave me the leeway to look and weigh the options without "trying to put me in that car" before I left. I actually made two visits before I scheduled a test drive. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase of a 2012 Grand Cherokee, they LISTENED to what was important to me and made every effort to find the vehicle "I" wanted, rather than pushing me towards an inventory vehicle. How refreshing! I don't think I had to roll my eyes one time. Working with Michael Turner and Willie Hailey was GREAT. They were both professional, positive and pleasant. Although I know it isn't the case, they made me feel like I was their only customer. As a Director of Client Services in my professional life, I am a very tough cookie when it comes to missed-customer-service-opportunities. I have NO complaints with the Keffer Team. These guys were top notch. They kept me well informed of each stage in the car buying process. The only surprise... was how smoothly this large purchase went. I have already recommended them to a few friends in the market for new vehicles. More
