2015 Dodge Durango R/T After 2 months of searching for the Durango that matched our exact criteria, we located our Durango at Keffer Dodge. We found a few that were similar After 2 months of searching for the Durango that matched our exact criteria, we located our Durango at Keffer Dodge. We found a few that were similar matches at other dealers, but all were a distance from our home in Ohio. We made calls to these other dealers, but no one seemed to want to put the effort into an out of state sale with a trade-in. We placed a call to Keffer after finding the EXACT vehicle we were looking for and Mr. Mark Dollard answered the phone. We could tell from the onset of the conversation after explaining the distance and advising that we had a trade that we would have to email pictures of for an appraisal, that Mark was a very motivated salesman. My wife and I were very impressed with Mark from the get go. Mark was able to handle everything over the phone and email, we were able to finalize the deal over the phone and paperwork was even sent to my home via UPS. We committed to the deal on a Saturday, got married a week later and made a road trip to Charlotte the following Monday to pick up our new vehicle. Mark even took the time meet us at the dealership on his day off to handle the delivery process. All in all, the experience with Keffer Dodge was like no other (and I sold cars for 15 years of my life). Mark was a pleasure to deal with, well worth the 7 hour drive that we made to pick up our new Dodge. It was very nice that there were none of the typical sales games played that you encounter at most other dealers. I plan on all future purchases to be with Mark Dollard at Keffer Dodge. Andy Bell and Pierre Upshur also added to a very pleasant experience as well as the guys in service who were willing to answer my miscellaneous mechanical questions. Mark Dollard and Keffer Dodge are highly recommended in my book. Thank you Mark! More
