Excellent experience I just purchased my 3rd Dodge Ram from Keffer in the last 3 years. Each time was the best deal in town and trust me... My most recent purchase was on 9/10/15 in which I spent several hours with a lot of patient staff carefully planning and sorting specific upgrades to a 2015 Ram 1500 sport. They didn't disappoint! 4" lift, 35" Tires, Moto Rims, automatic running boards and tonneau cover all built onsite and financed right into the deal. I'll see you guys in 2 years for the next one. She is extremely helpful, genuine and most importantly knowledgeable. She will focus on building a relationship with you first. This helps her best understand what you need and what makes the most sense for you about the vehicle and the financing situation. I found a vehcile that I wanted but the dealership that I was going to buy the vehcile from started to harasse and cause me such horrible heart ache, the first vehicle I was orginially going to buy they decided to sell it to someone else because I refused to put any money down or test drive the vehicle. The issue is I'm working over 80 hours a week due to a project deadline, so I was only able to internet shop for a car and work the deal by phone. I was just about to give up when I remembered Keffer, so I took a chance and sure enough I got Leigh on the phone explained the situation, she took down the information found me a car within 10 minutes time, called me back worked the deal, and to be honest it was the the best deal I have ever made. She worked around my schedule and was so polite and understanding. How could someone refuse not to buy a vehicle from Leigh, she was perfect, got everything done within 1 hour. She was on top of her game and not once did she try to get more out of the deal like the other dealership did. 2015 Jeep Overland I did my shopping and negotiating online via email. I requested a quote from several area dealers. Some were willing to negotiate online and others I did my shopping and negotiating online via email. I requested a quote from several area dealers. Some were willing to negotiate online and others weren't. Initially I was contacted by Shaun Shore and the next day by Joey Maus both are sales managers. Joey quoted a price that was a bit higher than the online price and then came down to the online price after I countered his initial offer and told me that this was the best deal in the southeast. Another Charlotte area dealer beat his price by $150 and offered $500 more for my trade in. Keffer though had the exact car that I wanted and the other dealer had it in a different color, so I called Keffer and gave them the other dealers offer which they matched. They actually delivered the car to my house later that day and I signed the papers in my house which was awesome! I absolutely love this car! It drives well and it has so many amenities. Overall, I would recommend Keffer and would likely deal with them again. More
