They can sell, but they can't service anything!!! The sales department is spectacular. They will do everything to close the deal and make you as comfortable as they can. With that being said, as soon as you need any service done, you might as well forget it. The service team lies, does not complete anything on time, and really does not complete anything at all. They make you wait a week and say they did something and when you get there, you see that nothing got done. Everything was either forgotten or not ordered. My ball joints, for example, were supposed to be replaced and I went to them and first I had to fight them to even replace them (and truck only had 6k miles on it), then they finally agreed that they needed to be replaced, and when I picked up the truck, NOTHING was done and they said the warranty would only replace them once (this would be the second time because they were faulty from the start). Every service worker has a terrible attitude and acts like you are a moron making up fake stories. Bottom line, every time I went there, I was so upset, and told myself that I would never buy or service a Dodge or RAM from them ever again!!! Actually, I might just to trade it in for a Ford :) More

I ended up financing with the same company that my last car was with, & I now have a lower interest rate too. They did a really good job getting me what I needed, & I was desperate to get rid of the old car & get something that one, I felt safer in cause I knew it would be reliable, & #2, Jeep comes with a spare tire.... I also needed so much more space than what the old car had. I couldn't get the deal I needed in Arkansas, but they got me the deal I needed here in Charlotte. Thanks Pierre!!! More
