They can sell, but they can't service anything!!! The sales department is spectacular. They will do everything to close the deal and make you as comfortable as they can. With that being said, as soon The sales department is spectacular. They will do everything to close the deal and make you as comfortable as they can. With that being said, as soon as you need any service done, you might as well forget it. The service team lies, does not complete anything on time, and really does not complete anything at all. They make you wait a week and say they did something and when you get there, you see that nothing got done. Everything was either forgotten or not ordered. My ball joints, for example, were supposed to be replaced and I went to them and first I had to fight them to even replace them (and truck only had 6k miles on it), then they finally agreed that they needed to be replaced, and when I picked up the truck, NOTHING was done and they said the warranty would only replace them once (this would be the second time because they were faulty from the start). Every service worker has a terrible attitude and acts like you are a moron making up fake stories. Bottom line, every time I went there, I was so upset, and told myself that I would never buy or service a Dodge or RAM from them ever again!!! Actually, I might just to trade it in for a Ford :) More
