Sales representative was good and worked very hard to get me what I wanted. I have no complaints about the sales representative, easily 5 stars. However, the hour and half+ wait on financing and the delays t me what I wanted. I have no complaints about the sales representative, easily 5 stars. However, the hour and half+ wait on financing and the delays to get the vehicle and condition it was almost handed off to me in before I pointed out missing dealer package and visible white scrapes across the front bumper of a brand new car made the experience not amazing. The dealership did in the end honor the dealer package that I paid for, even if the service department directed me to go back to my sales rep when I was told to just show up and service would take care of it. Again, sales rep was great, everything else took many more steps and hurdles than I felt it should've. More

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My car was brought to the dealership on Monday July 14 for a mechanical issue. It sat unattended in their tow lot until Monday July 21. I was then se My car was brought to the dealership on Monday July 14 for a mechanical issue. It sat unattended in their tow lot until Monday July 21. I was then sent a text, no call, saying that my catalytic converter had been stolen and would need to be replaced for $4600. I called in disbelief as I had a catalytic converter when I left my car. I fully expected that they would replace it. They were of no help and very little empathy. They acknowledge that their lot is unattended and not secure. They have no cameras on it either. They also let me know that they are not responsible for my car until they bring it into the shop and that I couldn't prove it was there when brought in. That is correct. I didn't take pictures of the undercarriage of my car before it was brought in. They know that. Great way for them to scam extra money. So, after sitting and waiting for a week for someone to even look at my car I now needed to go through my insurance for a new converter. THEN, once that was fixed they would then look to diagnose my original problem. So disappointing. I would never leave my car with them. And if their sales force is the same as their service department, I would never buy a car from them either More
