Took a long time but I'm happy with the end result I went in on Sunday of Labor Day weekend and I had an appt. I was helped right away. They were training a new sales man but he was great to work with. He knew his product (Hybrid Sonata) and during the test drive showed me all the things it could do which was definitely a selling point because I knew I was going in looking at a low end model. All the features he showed me were great. It took a long time to get to the point of figuring out the right loan and rebates. I would have preferred ot have the sales managers full attention at this point. He was coming back and forth and working the numbers for me but I feel if he had just focused on me the process would have gone fast than it did because I spent a lot of time waiting. Once we had everything figured out tings moved along a little faster. Of course they needed a little time to clean up the car and fill it with gas. In the end I walked out happy feeling like I got a great deal and that I was well taken care of. More

Love My Huyundai But Not Thrilled w/This Dealership The people at this dealership were very friendly and pleasant, but I do not think they were as transparent as a customer would hope. When we were ori The people at this dealership were very friendly and pleasant, but I do not think they were as transparent as a customer would hope. When we were originally talking numbers, I was given a quote with a 4.9% percent interest rate. I was told that this could change based on one's credit rating, but that if my rating was in the high 700s, that is what it would be. Once the deal was well underway, and I was in the middle of signing papers, I realized my payment was higher than I expected. When I asked the finance guy what my interest rate was, he told me 5.99% (I had to ask - no one was going to offer that). I said, "The salesman told me that if my credit rating was in the high 700s it would be 4.9%". According to my salesman, my credit rating was in the top tier of consumers. This gentleman then replied, "Oh no, it has to be in the 800s to get a 4.9% rate. Don't worry though, you can just refinance in 90 days with a different company if you want to". Also, when I looked at my final paperwork the next day (I was too exhausted to do it that night, as I was literally there for over 4 hours making this purchase), the Rebate # did not reflect what was advertised on their website. This was something I had pointed out to the salesman earlier in the process, and the manager came over to discuss it with me, so I thought they were going to correct that, but apparently they did not. The website showed the rebates at $3361, but on my paperwork, they only credited me $2750. Finally, they tell you that for purchasing a new vehicle you receive the Keffer Hyundai Advantage Plan - part of which is "3 years of free routine maintenance". What you don't realize though, is that this is not free at all. While you are signing the paperwork, you actually sign something showing that you are paying $389 for this Keffer Advantage benefit that is supposedly "free". While I should be happy about my new vehicle purchase, I'm feeling taken advantage of. The next Hyundai vehicle we purchase will definitely not be purchased at this dealership. More

loving it Wasn't really planning on buying a new vehicle when I drive in to just look around-- I mean what else would you do beside go car shopping on a day it' Wasn't really planning on buying a new vehicle when I drive in to just look around-- I mean what else would you do beside go car shopping on a day it's pouring down rain.. lol Found the 2017 Tucson SE Plus and it was love at first site. Ended up signing papers and driving it home. This will be my 3rd Hyundai. I had owner 2009 Sonata limited and 2014 SE Sonata. I've bought 2 from Keffer and have always had service work with all the cars. Keffer is very easy to work. My sales rep was Shelene and she was super great, She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She could answer all my questions.She made the deal easy and eased the fear of trading in my much loved, 2014 Sonata but due to the fact after Knee replacement I had been having so much trouble getting and out the car. (I miss the blue light that it had over the console that was on during your driving at night. I would highly suggest Hyundai add that feature back in all of their cars and SUVs) Thanks Shelene and Thank you Margaret for all your help when Shelene was busy.... Great Ladies!!!! I highly recommit either lady.... Kevin Martin was great to work with putting the paperwork together and having me sign all those papers.. Thank you sir for your help and assistance's. More
