Great start but very poor delivery Full disclosure, we purchased a used 2016 Honda Civic from this Hyundai dealership that prides itself on their sales awards. This was a very low miles Full disclosure, we purchased a used 2016 Honda Civic from this Hyundai dealership that prides itself on their sales awards. This was a very low miles car and the salesman was good to work with. The issue started when we signed the finance papers and during delivery of the car. They presented us with 1 key. If I knew this prior to signing, I would have negotiated a second key ($200) to be made or declined to purchase all together. I called the General Manager but was put through to the Sales Manager. He would look into it but then many calls and two months later no call. I finally got the sales manager to pickup his mobile call and he thought he called me to tell me they would not cover the creation of a duplicate key. i will gladly change the rating when they provide a backup key. The assumption is you would be provided 2 keys. Update: I spoke to Gabriel Faria and we did not get resolution. He felt I was being rude and stating that I signed away any rights for help. He stated that if I would have stopped talking, he would have helped me out, because he sensed my frustration recinded the offer to help and hung up on me. I was not rude but was making my point that I was frustrated with no return calls up to this point. More
