Excellent Dealership Keffer Hyundai was my first choice when I moved to Charlotte and my last choice when leaving Charlotte. I leased a Santa Fe from them from 2014-2017 a Keffer Hyundai was my first choice when I moved to Charlotte and my last choice when leaving Charlotte. I leased a Santa Fe from them from 2014-2017 and it was a fabulous experience. I get all my service at the dealership and I am completely happy with the service. Never a schedule issue and always the price promised. Buying this time from Keffer was an exceptional experience. I told the salesman I wanted a Tuscon and what I wanted in it. He told me to give him a minute and he would go to the lot and get one for me to test drive. He helped me load two car seats and off we all went for a test drive. Professinal and caring I was warmly greeted on the car lot and proceeded into the Dealer ship. I was turning in a 2015 Honda Sonata as my lease on my 2015 Sonata expires on the last day of this month. ( 8- 30)..I made it known exactly what I wanted in a car. Soon, the car I desired was in front of the dealership. My husband and I, with me driving went on a test drive. I knew the car was perfect for me. After a few hours of negotiating, I knew I would be driving this car off the lot. .We came to terms and I did drive the 2018 Hyundai Sonata home from the parking lot. I am very pleased with the car and I am especially thankful for working with James Brown with the assistance of Margaret Keffer. Two real assets to the Dealership.
