My first leased Hyundai Elantra (f After a terrible, terrible experience from another Hyundai dealership, I thought I would give Keffer Hyundai a try. My first leased Hyundai Elantra (from another Hyundai dealership) was rear-ended and totaled just a year after the starting lease date. The worst part of it all was that I was dreading having to go through the whole, "car buying experience" more than I was dreading having to put another downpayment down on a car. I decided to try out a different dealership this time, and with some research, walked into Keffer Hyundai and it was like a breath of fresh air. I was immediately introduced to Margaret Keffer (WHO WAS FANTASTIC!). I told her what I was already paying for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and she quickly found me the same car that I had, with more bells and whistles, for a much cheaper price! The car was located in a different state, and the team worked quickly to retrieve it. They kept me up to date on the entire process, and before I knew it, I was driving home in my brand new car! I would recommend anyone to try out Keffer Hyundai, and I certainly plan to make future purchases from them. More

I didn't feel that typical "car salesman" pressure that turns people off. He took his time and explained everything very thoroughly to me and didn't rush my process at all. Moderate delay in getting into see the Finance representative due to volume of clients. Some delay in identifying appropriate cars with the features we wanted. Dealership could do a better job of greeting new customers- we wandered around for several minutes, unclear where to "check in" or locate a sales associate.- finally sought out someone walking the other way to request assistance. The showroom has some design barriers- no clear reception/concierge desk, severe late afternoon glare creating blind spots. More
