They knew that Yet they couldn't find the keys to the car I had talked to them about and asked them to have available. It went downhill from there. This is why people hate dealerships!! Let me first start by saying I was in industry for eight years so I get some mistakes and errors. I have two hyundai sonatas of which both had a recall on them.Service department was a communication nightmare of which I came in for follow up appointments on both vehicle only to be told parts were not in. After last trip I decided to trade in my 2014 sonata hybrid. I was met by Charles Johnson who was very nice and professional. When Charles came back from sales manager with my figures I asked him (CHarles) about the rebates to keep my payments down. He said he would ask sales manager and then after that preceeded to write up my order. I was then told to wait in lounge area while my paperwork and car was being prepared. After about an hour I was introduced to business manager Brandon Beck and he then did a pretty quick presentation of paerwork. He showed me a warranty that I had not asked for and explained it was required gap coverage (of which I was fine with. Charles Johnson showed my fiance a few things about the new car and then we left around 8pm. The following morning as I was changing over insurance and information on Hyundai motor finnace site I noticed that there was a rebate for Uber and veterns. I then went and talked to business manager and asked why I didnt recieve them ,he said he didnt know about them but if I brought in proper paperwork he would take care of it. I brought in my paperwork that afternoon and was told it was good. After a couple days going back and forth with sales person Cahrles Johnson I was informed that Business manager was not in due to father having heart attack and my paperwork could not be found . So, on Friday evening the 23rd I walked into dealership and asked for a sales manager . I was escorted into a room with a manager (name unkown) and was told he would get the 1500 rebates back for me. I then told him I also wanted to remove the $3100.00 in extra warranties off my paperwork . He then stood up told me that the deal was finalized and nothing he could do . Like I said I was in the industry so I get mistakes and even trying to SELL extra things to make more money, but what transpired here was just distasteful and unneccessory. I have put in a dispute with Hyundai and North Carolina Attorney General More

That first time we shopped around before we purchased. But, these guys are the BEST you'll find. We have taken in the Santa Fe Sport for servicing (oil changes/tire rotations) and found the Keffer Service dept is first class and very helpful. Thank you Keffer Hyundai for making our car purchase process an easy one again. More

Excellent choice Test driving the Sonata Sport was excellent. I preferred a NEW with under 500 miles but they were out of stock. I purchase a service loaner and it was still perfect. Quick application process and very happy. The finance man Kevin Martin was very quick and made my choice even better with the warranties. Lewis the salesman made everything as the test drive, questions and application process easier than I ever had. I am happy with the Scarlet Red 2017 Sonata Sport. More
