Professionals who go the extra mile It was time to trade my Elantra Sport in for a new car. I loved my Sport, and wanted to get an updated 2017 Elantra Sport model. Unfortunately, Hyunda It was time to trade my Elantra Sport in for a new car. I loved my Sport, and wanted to get an updated 2017 Elantra Sport model. Unfortunately, Hyundai was taking their own sweet time in getting this model to the dealerships. Last week I decided to stop into Keffer and find out what the status was. Just by luck, I got Margaret Keffer as my salesperson. Even though they had some Elantra Sports, they were all manual drives. Margaret was so diligent in calling, emailing and texting me updates about status of the car I wanted (and that included color - Electric Blue!!) Great Experience - I met Jeff Goodwin on my first visit to Keffer Hyundai to test drive the Santa Fe. Jeff was very friendly and very much the professional as he told me about all the features of the car. When I returned for a second visit Jeff introduced me to Jon Falls. Jon did a wonderful job showing me the Santa Fe again and answering all of my questions. Both Jon and Jeff knew that I could not decide between the white exterior or the black exterior but they were both so patient. Jon arranged for a white model to be available for me to drive on my third visit. Jeff even had the black model washed so I could compare the two cars side by side. Once I made my choice both Jeff and Jon walked me through the sale process and Jon helped me access the bluelink app. During my second visit I met Gabe Faria and we discussed the other cars that I was considering, which included the Mazada C-X9, and the Toyota Highlander. Gabe was very knowledgeable about the features and the price of these cars and helped me in my decision to purchase the Santa Fe. Gabe also knew about the AAA Car Buying Program and based on our discussion I knew I would purchase directly from Keffer. Justin guided me through the final process carefully explaining the terms of the purchase and the warranty. He was very patient and answered all my questions. During the entire sales process everyone was very friendly and helpful. There was never any high pressure sales tactics. I LOVE my Santa Fe! More
