Unfortunately, Hyundai was taking their own sweet time in getting this model to the dealerships. Last week I decided to stop into Keffer and find out what the status was. Just by luck, I got Margaret Keffer as my salesperson. Even though they had some Elantra Sports, they were all manual drives. Margaret was so diligent in calling, emailing and texting me updates about status of the car I wanted (and that included color - Electric Blue!!) Today I am driving my 2017 Electric Blue automatic Elantra Sport, and I couldn't be happier. Many thanks to GM Gabriel Farier and finance guy Justin. Great Experience - I met Jeff Goodwin on my first visit to Keffer Hyundai to test drive the Santa Fe. Jeff was very friendly and very much the professional as he told me about all the features of the car. When I returned for a second visit Jeff introduced me to Jon Falls. Jon did a wonderful job showing me the Santa Fe again and answering all of my questions. Both Jon and Jeff knew that I could not decide between the white exterior or the black exterior but they were both so patient. Jon arranged for a white model to be available for me to drive on my third visit. Jeff even had the black model washed so I could compare the two cars side by side. Once I made my choice both Jeff and Jon walked me through the sale process and Jon helped me access the bluelink app. During my second visit I met Gabe Faria and we discussed the other cars that I was considering, which included the Mazada C-X9, and the Toyota Highlander. Gabe was very knowledgeable about the features and the price of these cars and helped me in my decision to purchase the Santa Fe. Gabe also knew about the AAA Car Buying Program and based on our discussion I knew I would purchase directly from Keffer. Justin guided me through the final process carefully explaining the terms of the purchase and the warranty. He was very patient and answered all my questions. During the entire sales process everyone was very friendly and helpful. There was never any high pressure sales tactics. I LOVE my Santa Fe! More

Smooth and Simple After going to several other dealerships in the area, including other Hyundai dealerships, my husband and I were fed up with the entire process. We decided to give Keffer a chance after speaking with George on the phone because he was polite and knowledgeable. Within a few hours upon arrival we walked out with a Sonata. Buying a car should always be this simple. George was respectful, had an easy demeanor, and answered all of our questions. Kevin, the finance manager, was authoritative, clear, and made the deal actually enjoyable. We walked out of there surprised and pleased to have done business with these two gentlemen.
