2017 Tucson lease I was extremely satisfied with my salesperson (Jon Penninger) and the financing staff. I was a bit disappointed that there was a ding in the front pas I was extremely satisfied with my salesperson (Jon Penninger) and the financing staff. I was a bit disappointed that there was a ding in the front passenger door when I went in to pick up my car thus requiring me to bring it back in for repair. I was also disappointed that the protection package I purchased was not applied and required another time into the dealership to apply it. There are still a few issues with this application that need to be reconciled. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with my overall experience. More

When we told the staff that that she can get car sick if she gets overheated, they supplied us with the necessary items, including water and crackers to give our daughter. My wife stayed at the dealership to finish the paperwork and I was able to take the new car to pick up our daughter! Customer service was down-to-earth, no pressure, and completely awesome!
