After days of searching at other dealerships and having unscrupulous salesmen push upgrades I didn’t want, waiting for managers to “see what they could do”, and receiving deliberately confusing price quotes, I could not believe it when Tom offered me the lowest price on the car I wanted before we even met. In fact, I was so disbelieving that I called to ask what the catch was and he had to reassure me about 20 times in a row that offer was legitimate. Tom was the first person to answer my questions directly and give me a price without hidden fees or the down payment added in to make it look lower. He was honest, helpful and never once seemed pushy. I was able to walk in to the dealership and buy the car with no hassle whatsoever, making this dealership the only place in Charlotte I would ever consider going to again. The best part is, there really was no catch. If you need a car, go talk to Tom. More

This was my 3rd buy with Keffer, but my first buy without my usual salesman, Scott Cramblitt, who now works in the finance dept. However, I was a disappointed when I got to my appointment and found out that Scott was out of the office and would not be there to do my financing (since I made the appt and particularly asked if he would be there). A manager called me the morning of my appt to confirm, but she never informed me that he was going to be out (granted, maybe she didn't know I wanted Scott there). My loyalty to Keffer is because of Scott and the great deals I have gotten on my vehicles because of him. That being said, I have a lot of trust in him, and therefore, I would have probably felt a lot better about this 3rd buy had he done the finance piece of my deal. Had I known Scott was going to be out, I would have pushed the appointment back one day. Overall, I am rating the dealership a 5 because I think that everyone here does do their best to do a great job, and the service is always excellent as well. More
Worst experience ever! My experience started off very positive but turned into xxxx!! I had an excellent salesman James Brown who made sure he explained everything to me. I traded my 2013 Hyundai Sonata for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I signed my paperwork etc and drove the car home and had it for a week and a half. I received a call stating I need to bring the car back because the deal did not go through. So I took the car back and when I got there they did not have my 2013 Sonata to put me back in. They put me in a loaner car instead. Told me that it will be 1-2 days and my car will be ready. After 7 days and days of calling they finally called me back stating my car was ready. When I finally got my car they returned it with my radio broken, my front bumper cracked, my arm rest was broken and 4,000 more miles put on my car. Yes you're reading right, they sold my car to someone else and let them trash it when it should have been on hold and should not have been moved until the deal was finalized! The financial manager Justin Michaud told me they weren't going to do anything. He told me "We didn't ask you for the money to pay for the Miles on the new car or the rental we gave you". Which isn't the customers fault if they said the deal was final and they sold my car when it should have been on hold until it was finalized. Hyundai isn't to be trusted. This Was the worst experience ever. Justin Michaud was rude and nonchalant and does not care about his customers. More

First new car Shelene was very straight-forward (which was refreshing!) and answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot.
