Mixed Review Shelene was amazing. Justin was pushy and not completely honest. He never showed me or told me that the Hyundai warranty was free and that my car was Shelene was amazing. I found that out the next day when I saw the paper in the glove box stating the car was covered under a 10 year warranty. He only showed me a warranty from another company at the price of $1800. I did not realize I had a free warranty option that covered less but would protect the actual mechanics of the car. When I tried to cancel within the cancellation period, he ignored me. I email several times over a 10 day period. At first, Shelene said he was working on it and would call me. He never called and I had to email two more times to get anything done. And I had to return to the dealership to get a signature on the form he sent me, even though he was supposedly making it so I would not have to come back in. When I complained to the manager, he claimed he had no idea I was having any issues even though I had emailed HIM 10 days before, with no response. He requested I send him the emails. I did. He responded that I had signed all the paperwork so he did not really see my issue. There was an apology in his email , but the focus of the email was that I was being unfait ans he asked me to change my review because his employees have families to support. So do I, and I do not appreciate not being honestly and openly given all my options, especially if there was FREE one. Clearly he or the dealership makes money off of this other warranty that I mistakenly purchased. I will definitely buy another Hyundai, but not from any dealership associated with either of these men. This was my experience. More

We didn't get the color we wanted, however we could have just didn't want to pay extra to bring it in. There was a small defect found after purchase on dash that was quickly repaired perfectly by the dealership which we really appreciate. Definitely would recommend this dealership to friends and family! More
