Had a great sales person however was quoted a price on a car and when I get there they change the price. I was then given poor customer service as well as felt disrespected by the finance manager as well as a and when I get there they change the price. Bought a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport I walked into Keffer Hyundai just for a maintenance issue. But I had seen online that several key safety features had come out on the 2017 Santa Fe. I I walked into Keffer Hyundai just for a maintenance issue. But I had seen online that several key safety features had come out on the 2017 Santa Fe. I love love love the Smart Cruise... where you can set it to 75 mph, but if someone cuts in front of you... it SLOWS down automatically to keep a certain number of car lengths in between you and the car in front of you. LOVE that. Also, it beeps at you if you cross the lines unexpectedly -- which does not go off if you put on your blinker. And a different louder beep if there is a car in your blind spot. SO cool. This will likely save me a lot of scary moments. I had communicated with the internet sales person -- Shelene. No high pressure. She just took me out to the car and showed me how EVERYTHING worked and in an easy conversational way. I never felt pressured at all. That's amazing. And I just wanted to see the numbers. When what I wanted to pay was different than what they wanted... they did do some good bargaining to get the numbers to a place that I could afford and that still made them some money. So, I'm very happy with my easy one-day purchased vehicle. Granted, it takes about 5 hours to do this... but SO cool that it can be all done in one day. Out with the old and in with the new. Other than the safety features.. there are a lot of other features that have been upgraded. The blue tooth is SO much better than on my 2011 Santa Fe. And the sun roof is a panoramic sunroof. Love that. It's a little smaller in the very back, but that is ok. More

Happy wife happy life lol I'm giving keffer 5 stars because of the people, the car is great too but I enjoyed the customer service JJ was new but he made my experience great he I'm giving keffer 5 stars because of the people, the car is great too but I enjoyed the customer service JJ was new but he made my experience great he didn't try to rush me or pressure me to buy and he made sure my wife got the car she wanted instead of the car that was just on the lot. Oil Change to Car Change I went in for an oil change, and changed everything including the car. As I was waiting for the oil change to be completed one of their sales associat I went in for an oil change, and changed everything including the car. As I was waiting for the oil change to be completed one of their sales associates asked if I'd like to look at the new model hybrid Sonata. After the test drive, we discussed dancing, and for just a few dollars per month more then I was presently paying I upgraded to a 2016 Sonata hybrid with a full warranty and lots of new features. My wife and I had been looking for a new vehicle and the employees at Keffer made this experience as smooth as possible. We were looking at two different places to purchase and the overall experience we had at Keffer made us choose them. Even the employees that were not directly helping us stopped and said hello and made sure we were doing okay. We would especially like to say thank you to Shelene. She was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very personable. We told her we would think about it overnight but we decided that evening and returned to the dealership to purchase. Shelene made sure that we had everything we needed and made sure we knew where everything was in the SUV even though this meant her staying later than she was scheduled to. She went above and beyond. Greg Tomberlin was also very helpful and made filling out the paperwork easy and quick. Next time we are in the market for a new car we will be going straight to Keffer Hyundai. More

We called the next morning and told them we were proceeding. Everyone was wonderful. We want to give a special shout out to Margaret. She answered our questions. If she wasn't sure of the answer, she said so. But was willing to look it up. She was personabl, knowledgeable, and a delight to deal with. More
