We were looking at two different places to purchase and the overall experience we had at Keffer made us choose them. Even the employees that were not directly helping us stopped and said hello and made sure we were doing okay. We would especially like to say thank you to Shelene. She was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very personable. We told her we would think about it overnight but we decided that evening and returned to the dealership to purchase. Shelene made sure that we had everything we needed and made sure we knew where everything was in the SUV even though this meant her staying later than she was scheduled to. She went above and beyond. Greg Tomberlin was also very helpful and made filling out the paperwork easy and quick. Next time we are in the market for a new car we will be going straight to Keffer Hyundai. More
