Had previous experience with another salesperson for my first purchase. Unlike, Chris, I was not a priority for him. More

Great experience. Listened to what we wanted and helped us get the car we wanted at a price that worked for our family. We were pleased with our overall experience. Mediocre Buying Experience This was our second time leasing a car from Keffer. The buying experience was mediocre. We came because of a buy back promotion that was mailed to us. This was our second time leasing a car from Keffer. The buying experience was mediocre. We came because of a buy back promotion that was mailed to us. Of course, when we got there the promotion wasn't as good as it appeared to be in the promotion. Dealership messed up on our paperwork, twice we had to go back and sign papers. Second trip back they actually had to redo our lease agreement, this was such a waste of time. You'd think that during the four hours we had to wait for the paperwork to be signed the first time, that they could have done their diligence and got it right the first time. We also discovered some little nuggets in our agreement that were not disclosed during the selling process. It's on us to have looked thoroughly through the lease agreement. Only problem is that they usher you in and out so quickly that you don't have time. Great opportunity for the dealership to slip in something you are unaware of. More

Rip off scheme My battery died on me twice, in 24-hour period so I went to check it to the nearest auto parts store, they told me it has to be replaced, and off My battery died on me twice, in 24-hour period so I went to check it to the nearest auto parts store, they told me it has to be replaced, and offered me one for $181 including taxes. But I was positive sure that Hyundai got my back and told them that my battery is still under 3-years warranty (I read it in the car handbook that I found in the trunk). When I got to the dealership I was really surprised, they said that ONLY FIRST 24 months is 100% warranty, and since I bought the car 26 months ago, warranty covers LABOR ONLY! What a frustration. I was looking at $200 unexpected expenses, because of a technically legal fraud. And when I was like: "The car handbook says that it`s 3-years warranty, NOT LIMITED WARRANTY" Some guy imagined it as a talking contest and, interrupting me said that: "We saying this limitations to you now" So it was $260 minus labor Total $196 including taxes. I guess I suppose to feel thankful and be satisfied with that $64 labor gifted me by the amazing "3-year" warranty! Which is sounds funny when almost all auto parts stores ALWAYS changing batteries FOR FREE. To me it seems like Hyundai manufacturer or this particular dealership, bumped into an issue with quick dying batteries (is it the poor quality of batteries or some engineering stuff, doesn`t matter) and decided to change the rules a little, because otherwise they facing thousands of free battery changes, and who wants to lose money right? Guess what I did? I went back to that auto parts store and got the battery FOR LESS and with 3-years REAL WARRANTY! P.S. And you know what? The guy at the store told me that they witnessing a lot 2013-14 Hyundai and Kia owners coming with the same issue. More

After multiple phone calls and e-mails, most of which unanswered, I had to return to the dealership, in June, to get the warranty canceled utilizing the correct form. Warranty was canceled but the refund was pro-rated from June when the full refund should have been provided. I had reached out to new F&I Manager, Marcus Robbins, as well as, the General Manager Gabriel Faria, who have refused to respond to me. All of this occurred after a contract was submitted by Mr. Kumar to Hyundai Financial that had to be rescinded and corrected. This entailed me having to make several calls to Hyundai Financial and the dealership to get corrected. This was my second, and last purchase, from this dealership. I would recommend that everyone steer clear of this dealership due to their "shady" finance department and management's unwillingness to correct an error that they clearly were aware of. More
