Oldest son's first car!!! We had seen the Elantra on the road and thought this would be a great first car for our oldest son. We were pleased to visit the dealership and get just what he mentioned in the color scheme. After putting the car on hold with a deposit, it was his time to go and look at the cars. My wife and I felt that he should play a part in him picking out his car as well as him sitting in on the approval of credit and signing the purchase agreement. Upon his arrival, he looked at several cars and picked out the same car that was on hold. There was a note on this car that read "SOLD" and our son was upset. I asked him if we speak with the salesman maybe this car will be available even though it had the "SOLD" sign on it. We spoke with the salesman and he told our son that this car had been picked out for him. GREAT experience!!! More

He also checked to ensure the window tinting I paid for was installed correctly, and most of all he even made sure the Parts department guy Jacob called and communicated with me. I would DEFINITELY recommend using this dealer and in particular Michael... He really goes above and beyond and probably got a new lifelong customer from this transaction... More
