"Not what I expected" I have had the most trouble with this dealership, I bought a car July 25, and I feel like when I bought I it was a good car now I'm starting to regret I have had the most trouble with this dealership, I bought a car July 25, and I feel like when I bought I it was a good car now I'm starting to regret this decision as to I have been waiting to get my Title and Tag, I have called up to the dealership the last two weeks just to be told "oh it should only be a couple days" But now that I am driving on a expired tag and asked if maybe I could get a new 30 day tag to ride around in and I was told that "it wasn't possible and that they didn't know what to tell me." Well with someone who only has this car for transportation I am taking the risk every day of getting a ticket for a non valid tag. Now when I call I don't get any response also I was told they would call me when they received the jack that they were ordering for me and I have yet to hear anything back about that. Overall I probably wont buy another car from here. More

I was there for 5 hours on a day that I had many other things to do. Speeding up the process would be appreciated by all you future clients. Y I ur staff was very professional and accomdating. Good experience but takes too long Came in to look at leasing again as I was coming due on my mileage and picked up a great new car. The only issue I have is how long it takes for the sale to be complete. The forms and all the rigamarole need to be streamlined as to not make it a such a drag. Getting a new car is fun. Doing the paperwork makes you wish you never bothered. More

They had the exact vehicle we were seeking after extensive research. Helio, Sales Mgr, was extremely patient with my lengthy questions about service information and our detailed evaluation during the test drive(s) while providing straightforward communications. He coordinated conversation with Service Dept (thank you Chris for your time and expertise) about upcoming scheduled maintenance we wanted to do as part of the sale. Bobby and Kathy in Service were great handling the work order and completion of work. Our credit was not stellar, but the Finance Dept was able to secure a loan to meet our budget based on a fair selling price. Probably our best car buying experience (been buying cars for 40 years), most especially given our fragile financial position. Thanks to all. More
