Great sales experience Dealing withe Jenna and Shelene, was a great experience.. The only complaint I would have about my purchase, is that the make ready department, did a Dealing withe Jenna and Shelene, was a great experience.. The only complaint I would have about my purchase, is that the make ready department, did a really shotty job preparing the vehicle. There was pieces of the shipping plastic hanging out from under the seats, some kind of white substance on the rear seat, shipping decals nd labels stuck on the wheels, third brake light, and various places on the interior. The was a wiring connector disconnected under the hood. More

Best Sales Person...Shelene I had previously been to the dealership about a month ago and decided I never wanted to go back. I needed parts for my Elantra and Keffer Hyundai so I had previously been to the dealership about a month ago and decided I never wanted to go back. I needed parts for my Elantra and Keffer Hyundai so I went back. I couldn't believe that none of the previous employees that I dealt with were there. After getting ready to go home, I decided to look at the new Elantas and check out the price of them. While checking them out a well dressed gentlemen named Terry or Jerry, not remembering his exact name, approached me and told me what great deals they were having. I explained that I loved my Elantra, which is 11 years old, but could not afford a new one. He took me inside and introduced me to Shelene. From the start she was polite, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. To make a long story short, I ended up trading my beloved 2006 Elantra for a 2017 Elantra. The transaction went incredibly well with Shelene at the helm. I am completely satisfied with my new car even though I now have car payments but Marcus, in Finance, explained the paperwork step by step. I highly recommend Shelene, Terry or Jerry and Marcus as the best possible. More
Run away as fast as you can This dealer was horrible to me. I looked at a 2016 Equus for over a week, but wanted to do some research. I decided on thursday night of this week to buy the car and called the dealership to let them know . The salesman was not available so the lady said that we could speak to the sales manager which we did. We told him to let our internet sales person we would buy the car and would leave early in the morning from Atlanta. He also told use the car was still available. We got up at 4:30 am and left for Charlotte. Around 9 am the interest sales person called us to let us know the car had been sold. We had made it past Spartanburg, SC and had to turn around for Atlanta without a car. The salesperson response, "you should have gotten that car on Tuesday like I told you to." No apologies, no offer of a tank of gas nothing, and the manager never called me back. I am a handicapped person, and driving this long ways with help was not easy. Please stay away from these lying people! More
Almost blew it I was pleased with my overall experience. However, I made a deal over the internet and was very specific that I did not want the deal to change when I I was pleased with my overall experience. When we went to sign the paperwork, the finance rate was not what was agreed to. This almost broke the deal. I could get an interest rate of 2.75 from my credit union and I was assured by Jenna that she could match that rate. When I went to sign the paperwork the rate was 3.29. I was not pleased! More
