Elusive good customer service My sales rep was very knowledgeable, and attentive at first,but now It is very difficult to get in contact with her.Every time I call up there I usual My sales rep was very knowledgeable, and attentive at first,but now It is very difficult to get in contact with her.Every time I call up there I usually get sent to a voice mail.I get no response to E Mails. It seems Once the sale was made it has been no different experience than any other car buying experience I had maybe worse.Its all fluff up front, and then reality kicks in.My car was delivered with scratches on the deck lid.The buffed it out the best they could, but some scratches still remained. When I asked for a warranty to cover this area that they worked on only for the life of of the remaining paint on the deck lid I was denied.It took about 42 days( average time 14 days) for my plate to come in, and no one ever called me. I received a recall notice, and tried to make an appointment to have it taken care of. I was told some one would call me back that they needed to verify they had the part. Well here it is day three, and still no phone call. I'm going to continue waiting to see if it takes as long as the licence plate did. The good news When your at the bottom there is no were to go but up if they should decide to do that. I'm patiently waiting. maybe they will surprise me with a phone call soon in regards to the recall. customer service is more than talk. It takes some serious effort. More
