Buying Experience Overall, good experience. The staff was nice and easy to work with. I was purchasing a car after totaling mine in a car accident a week prior. I was o Overall, good experience. I was on a short timeline but also at the mercy of my insurance company's time frame in terms of waiting for insurance money from my previous car. The dealership worked with me, but seemed frustrated at times which made the experience a bit stressful. Also, I was told Apple CarPlay could be added when I picked up the car but all of a sudden that wasn't an option so I'm having to come drop my car off for a span of time over the weekend for the install to happen. Overall, the team was helpful and the buying experience was pretty smooth. Helio and Gabe were as understanding and patient as they could be, which was appreciated. More
