Shelene was the main person we worked with at Keffer. She was knowledgeable, extremely friendly, professional and thorough in explaining all of the features of the car. We arrived later on a Thursday, but we did not feel rushed in any way. She took us out for a test drive. When we got back, she was very thorough in taking the time to show us how to use the different features of the car, including the navigation and phone systems, and helping me set up Favorites. It was a very relaxed experience all around, and I would recommend your dealership and especially Shelene to anyone. She has also taken the time to call me several times, to make sure everything is going well with the car, and find out if I have any questions/concerns she can help with.
