You'll save money versus the various buying services out there. Don't waste your time with them. I'd recommend Michael any day of the week. He conveyed a very sincere focus on being honest and forthright. Not pushy at all. Our only hesitation was that we're coming out of a very good experience from driving a Camry for 14-years, but Keffer Hyundai's "deal" was so much better than what we found elsewhere. The research we did supported our purchase of a Sonata, so we'll just have to see how things go as the months and years roll by. More

I visited 4 local dealers in and around Charlotte, determined the vehicle I wanted I purchased the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate 2.0T in May of 2016. I visited 4 local dealers in and around Charlotte, determined the vehicle I wanted and was seeking the best price for it. Every dealer I interacted with was helpful, but in the end I chose Keffer Hyundai for several of the following reasons. The personnel at Keffer that I met with were the best of all and I sincerely believe they wanted "to earn" my business. The sales associate James Brown and the manager Daniel Faria are highly recommend by me. Both of these gentlemen were customer service driven, helpful and professional, plus they took me right to the vehicle in their inventory that I had identified as the vehicle I desired. Mr. Brown spent considerable time explaining all the features of the Santa Fe. When we came to the point of talking about the price for the vehicle they never hurried me to making a decision. Got a great price and Keffer gave me the most for my trade-in vehicle than any other dealer offered. I am a Very Satisfied customer. Thank you guys and thank you Keffer Hyundai. More

Started off nicely until you hit the desk for paperwork Before arriving to the dealership, I worked via email/text with Margaret Keffer, who was excellent. Upon arriving to the dealership, she was very welcoming, friendly and smiling. She introduced me to a salesman that I'd be working with named "Chip". Also friendly during the initial contact and the test drive. That's when things started to go downhill. Before beginning negotiations, I was immediately given the paper of the "offer" I was getting which was $1,000 for my trade in and an interest rate which I found absurd for my credit (but I won't blame the dealership for this one though it didn't make me happy). Once I presented the $750 trade in coupon to get on top of book value, they came back to tell me that that full $750 was given for cars in good working condition but mine did not qualify because my A/C didn't work. I refused to believe that and took Chip out to feel it for himself and it blew cold. He mentioned that he "did not know what he was saying (the service manager)" because he felt it for himself that it was blowing cold. Naturally, I expect the $750 to work now that I have proved the ONLY issue that they claimed was wrong. Then they came back said we'll give you the $750 but we have to dock $400 for the hood repair since it was chipping/peeling so in essence I got an extra $350. After feeling played because they wanted to lie to me about my A/C and then played again for the "hood repair" (when we know good and well they will be running my high mileage car through the auction and not fixing it), I said fine. Let's talk price. They claimed that was the lowest they could do and I was already getting a great deal. After expressing my unhappiness due to the trade-in game, the lie to my face about my A/C and the interest rate being absurd for my great credit score and 5 times of being told they couldn't do anything with price. Chip mentioned to me that "he could get my keys if I wanted" so that I could leave. I told him he must not want to sell this car and I felt insulted. He goes back and talks to them about price and returns saying "Alright sir, we want to make you happy so we are willing to take a $250 loss" and took $250 off the price of the car. Really? If I wasn't in NEED of a car that day, I 100% would not have purchased from Keffer and taken Chip's offer of "getting me my keys" so I could leave. Beyond Margaret's initial friendliness and contact, the rest was all downhill for me. I left feeling played and insulted. More
