Car sales good service is terrible I purchased my 2015 Genesis from this dealer. Everything went well except they gave me the car with an empty tank. That tells you about their service. I purchased my 2015 Genesis from this dealer. Everything went well except they gave me the car with an empty tank. That tells you about their service. I went there to get my first oil change. I was told that the first one is free. I told the service lady about it and she said yes you are correct. They charged me anyways. Then I was told it would take 2-1/2 hours. I had an appointment and asked for a shuttle on the appointment. After an hour I asked again where is the shuttle. Finally I go back again and ask and they give me a car to drive. Ok 1-1/2 hours turns into 6 hours. They finally call me at 3:30PM to say car is ready. I dropped of at a 9:30AM appointment I made a month in advance. They didn't do an alignment and didn't ask if I wanted one. Service tech changed the seat settings on the car. I will never ever ever go back to this place. More

Good Experience. Not a great delivery My salesman Lewis and SM Scott were exceptional to work with. No pressure made it an easy transaction. Delivery left something to be desired.
