Turn in and release a Sonata The overall experience was fine, took the usual several hours to complete entire transaction. My only complaints are that the rear seat was not clean The overall experience was fine, took the usual several hours to complete entire transaction. My only complaints are that the rear seat was not clean and we returned to have this done. It was taken care of immediately let me state. Also the owners manual that should come with every new vehicle is missing so we will need to return again to hopefully be provided one. These are small details that could have been checked by Keffer prior to us leaving. This is my only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars. Otherwise everything was great. I have dealt with Keffer for many years and they are always courteous and professional. More
