Frustrated My sales lady Rebecca was great however, The car needed a new alternator. I bought the car yesterday was told it would be ready in the morning. Now it's 5pm not done and I have to go sign more paperwork that they forgot to have me sign yesterday after being there for 5 hours. Did I mention I live an hour away. I don't feel like they have made this a priority at all and I'm slightly frustrated. More

The price is right I purchased my new Elantra SE on 2/10/16. I used True Car online to get the best price from 3 local dealers. Keffer had the best price of the three. I had a particular stock number in mind and that car apparently wasn't available. They brought up a similar model and without a test drive I purchased this car in record time. The dealership is clean, the salesman was pleasant but I would not have purchased the car if I knew it had no bluetooth due to my business requiring a hands free use of the phone. The dealership has followed up with me and I expressed my concerns and they offered an aftermarket alternative so this is no longer an issue. Overall I had purchased vehicles there before and I would generally recommend this dealership. More

She had Farrid to take me on a test drive. I enjoyed the ride with no hopes of getting the car. Farrid was great he told mecall about the car as we drove. Got back to the dealership, long story short,i left drivibg my 2016 Hyundai Sonata with only 40 miles on the car. God is good!!! You have a great team at the Independence location yes i will tell my friends. Great job team you made me one happy lady!!! More
