Please don't buy a car from these guys.. ****WARNING***** This was the worst car buying experience I've ever encountered, if you're interested in buying a Hyundai buy it from anyone else.. I repeat do not buy a car from here unless You want to be bullied scammed and harassed.. The staff was very Rude.. They had know idea how to do the Paper work.. One word describes these guys incompetence.. It's a great car.. Just buy it from someone else .. They messed the paper work up 3 times had the wrong serial number in the paper work.. I couldn't even get insurance for the first 2 months I had the car.. If you buy a car from them after all the bad reviews, your kinda asking to get screwed over.. I over looked the bad reviews to give them a chance. I was thinking they can't suck this bad.. But they do.. I'll say it one more time it's a great car but buy it from anyone else.. I reported them to the BBB and spoke with Attorney Generals office about this... More

Wonderful experience! I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Keffer Hyundai. Hash was my sales associate and he was phenomenal. He took the time to do a I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Keffer Hyundai. Hash was my sales associate and he was phenomenal. He took the time to do a "demo" of the car so that I was made aware of all of the features it offered as well as what had been replaced due to the CPO stamp being on it. He answered any questions that I had and went to bat to get an price for the vehicle that we all found to be fair. Joe was very helpful in finding a price that worked for us and they worked to provide me with a good price for my trade-in as well. The next day Hash directed me to an insurance broker to obtain car insurance before travelling back to Raleigh that day. Overall the experience with Keffer Hyundai was absolutely excellent! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle-new or used. More
