Very disappointed in customer service. 1) I specifically asked if there was something that would be installed by mechanic when I took it for the security recall. Answer: yes What they actually did was leave an object in my car without instructions. How long did I wait for them to do it? Answer 2 and a half hours!!!! 2) when I asked about it the object they threw in my car, nobody could tell me about it. 3) I asked why did it take 2 and a half hours to put that device in the seat of my car when I came in at 7AM appointment. Answer: We only had one mechanic at that time. Unacceptable customer service: The most positive comment I can make is that nobody was unkind. More
The check in was quick and efficient. I was offered a loaner vehicle since the service time was 3 hours. My vehicle was delivered to my home sparkling clean. Great job Keffer!!
