Keffer Hyundai is the way to go! Car buying is not the way I want to spend my free time. However, when I bought my car at Keffer Hyundai I definitely changed my mind about the type of Car buying is not the way I want to spend my free time. However, when I bought my car at Keffer Hyundai I definitely changed my mind about the type of experience it should be and would not mind going through the process again with Keffer Hyundai. I worked with Jimmy Knox and he was wonderful! I called earlier in the week about a certain vehicle. Jimmy called back to give me details about the car and to set up a test drive. Unfortunately living a couple hours away made it difficult to get there quickly so Jimmy said he would watch it to let us know if someone came to buy it before we could get there. I was very appreciative because we had been to several dealerships in the past couple weeks who "had" vehicles and then they were gone before we could test drive them. I understand people buy cars all the time, but it was annoying to waste so much gas money and time. Jimmy seemed to understand that and was willing to help us in any way possible. He also called to follow up on how things were going about a week after I bought the car! I would highly recommend working with him. The man we met with when dealing with the financial part of the buy was knowledgeable and friendly. The reason I gave this dealership a 4 star rating over a 5 star rating is probably not really the dealership's fault. The location is not the greatest-it can be difficult to get to. The detailing took a long time (however, I did want it to look amazing and it did look amazing when it came back...I just think some of the cleaning should have been done prior to people test driving the car so it wouldn't take so long when someone bought the car). The same thing happened to both of our Tucsons. After test-driving the Limited, I had to have it. I waited 27 years for a new car and found it! More
