Margaret Keffer is the best Margaret Keffer made the whole experience easy and she got me exactly what I wanted without wasting my time on options, etc I didn't want. She's prof Margaret Keffer made the whole experience easy and she got me exactly what I wanted without wasting my time on options, etc I didn't want. She's professional and sharp, knows her stuff! Gabriel was professional and should be commended for letting his qualified staff do their job and just be there when needed. Marcus's part a little slow and a lot of stuff could have been handled right at the beginning and been done with and could have avoided the necessity for a 2nd trip the next day. Car detailing was a little slow and had to wait longer than I was expecting. Got an email next day for first service visit. Would have been nice to have some input as to time. 5:30 at night for service and a 40 minute drive to and 40 minute drive home, not the best. Hope they will reschedule. Overall though fabulous. More

Awesome Experience!!!!!! I went into Keffer-Hyundai for some service work done to my vehicle, and while I was waiting I decided to just took a look at some cars, I knew I want I went into Keffer-Hyundai for some service work done to my vehicle, and while I was waiting I decided to just took a look at some cars, I knew I wanted a new car within the next month or two but to my surprise Christmas came early to me lol lol, I got my car and wow words can't describe how nice the staff was in helping me make this decision and guided me threw the whole process. Everyone was so nice and so welcoming, I look forward to working with everyone at Keffer-Hyundai!!!!! Thank you guys so much I love love love my Sonata!!!! I named her "Sparkle" ??????????
