He knew I was looking for an affordable used car that would be reliable and last a while. This line of communication allowed Helio and I to be on the same page. He knew what I was looking for and what was important to me and did not try to push anything on me that I did not want. Since I purchased the car, Helio has been in constant communication with me and has helped with any questions or issues that I have had. More

I started in the Service Department where my concerns were heard and quickly addressed. While there, I chose to look around. Although I didn't find what I wanted immediately, Theron and Marcus were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I not only purchased the car that was right for me, but that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. During the "negotiations" Eddie and Sales Manager Bobby Arshad took their time to explain our options and really took the time to understand our comfort level as it came to monthly payments.
