This was our second time using the Keffer Service Dept and unfortunately we will not be back EVEN with some of the services being free. The wait times/lack of staffing doesn't offset the cost. I dropped my car off before my appt time of 10AM and had to track someone down to help me. I waited 15 - 20 minutes just to be able to hand the keys off. At 2PM, after not hearing from anyone if it was finished, I called the service dept and went to voicemail 3 separate times. Finally I was able to determine the car had been done for a while but no one made me aware. When I went to pick up the car, I again waited in line for 15 -20 minute while other employees in the service dept stood around. I would recommend the service dept revisit their staffing models and customer service expectations. More
