We had decided on a new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe "Sport" and looked at several local Dealers around Asheville prior to making the decision to drive to Charlotte and buy from Keffer. From the minute that we walked into the Dealership and met Chip Conley and JB Beckley, we knew that we had found the right Dealer. Both Chip Conley, our Salesperson, and JB Beckley, the General Sales Manager, were exremely friendly, honest and professional. They are the consummate professionals and worked extremely hard to make certain that we were happy. While Keffer didn't have the exact Santa Fe that we wanted, they worked with another employee, Rick Spicer (extremely professional and helpful), to locate it. In less than a week we had our new Santa Fe "Sport" and love it. I am a car afficionado, have owned a lot of vehicles and have never had such a great experience. Peggy was also very helpful in explaining the various add-ons available, as was Bobby Ernsberger, Keffer's "Technology Guru", who meticulously set-up and explained all of the high tech features of our new Santa Fe. I was there for regular service. The friendliness of the Service Staff is impeccable. I'm always pleased with my service experience. That is that little things like the mirror covers on the sun visors be replaceable as opposed to having to replace the entire visor. I went to 4 different dealerships, unfortunately the first 3 lived up to the stereo typical car dealership. Then I went to Keffer Hyundai. I was met at the door by Helio, who is not your typical salesman. Helio was very pleasant, answered all of my questions TRUTHFULLY, and actually cared about what my needs were. Once I told Helio which car I wanted and what I had been told I could purchase the car for he went to work for me. Can you imagine my surprise when he took me to speak to the finance manager, Kevin Martin, and not only did they meet my previous deal but beat it by decreasing my finance rate 2% and giving me $250 more for my trade in. After the deal was made they actually take the time to offer any additional items for your vehicle so that you can include it on the amount financed rather than signing on the bottom line and paying out of pocket for the extras (ie spoiler, window tint, etc.). Last but not least, they have a charming young man that will teach you how to use all of the new "gadgets" on your vehicle. Needless to say, my experience at Keffer was one that I still talk about and highly recommend. So if you are thinking of buying a Hyundai go to Keffer, you will not be disappointed! More

The process was fast and very efficient with all that paperwork: first with Edoardo and then with the accounting guy. This was the best car experience/purchase I ever had. I came from out of state, drove over 11 hours to purchase this car. Crystal was really wonderful.
