My oil change service appointment this morning was completely in a timely manner. I had a 7:30 a.m. appt to change my oil, air and cabin filters. RUN. Horrible experience. We purchased this vehicle out of state during covid. We were lied to about the vehicle being "new" and didn't find out until the Horrible experience. We were lied to about the vehicle being "new" and didn't find out until they already had our money and the process had gone on for approx a month that the car was damaged and had been repaired. Since this was during covid and vehicles were scarce, we took the car as is as we were assured it was covered bumper to bumper. The car arrived 3 weeks later at 9:30 pm at night on a Sunday from a Russian that couldn't speak English. Six months later the paint started bubbling and pealing where the repair was made. Turns out that the back end had so much BONDO on it that the paint didn't adhere properly. When we notified the dealership, they said it was a third party that did the repair work and wiped their hands of it. CROOKS. More
Our advisor did a good job. The only complaint I have is the time it took to get an oil change and tire rotation. My arrival time was 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment. This dealership fixed my control arms and messed up something else in my car. All the light on my dash came on and won't go off. They left the hood popped on my car. I had to pull over on the side if t something else in my car. All the light on my dash came on and won't go off. They left the hood popped on my car. I had to pull over on the side if the road to close my hood which should've been done. A few small items missing from my car, my gas was driven out even though it was towed to the dealership. The inside of my car had oil over everything which I understand it's on your hands from fixing my car but at least be courteous enough to wipe the oil off of what you touch. The coins in my ashtray was gone. I don't mind feeding people snacks but please ask or let me offer. I will be calling on Monday. I didn't pay over $1300.00 for this to be going on with my car. More
