2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change is unacceptable. And the site for making service appointments does not work very well. A recall service was made, but the car was returned to me after another problem, caused by the first repair, had arisen, before I could even drive the car off the lot. I brought the car back to the shop, and was offered a “free loaner,“ but when I got to the enterprise office, I had to pay my own insurance. A free car should be totally free. They eventually ironed out the problem, but it took a few hours & several phone calls. During the entire frustrating process, Service Adviser Violet try to be as helpful as she could. More

Keffer Hyundai is amazing. I arrived for my appointment almost three hours early and they worked with me without any issues and exuded complete professionalism. I live in Winston Salem and avoid Bob King Hyundai opting to drive an hour and a half for Keffer’s great service. I actually look forward (really!) to my next visit in 8k miles. I bought a new 2022 Sonata at Keffer Hyundai and when I went to change the oil, filter and tire rotation I was charged normally at another Hyundai dealer near my house. Due to an error or some modification went to change the oil, filter and tire rotation I was charged normally at another Hyundai dealer near my house. Due to an error or some modifications to reach sales goals, they didn't put in the system that my car has complimentary maintenance. I have the right not to pay to change oil, filter and tire rotation. Keffer Hyundai simply ignores this serious problem and besides not giving me my money back, it doesn't give any explanation of how they are going to solve it. I've tried numerous Contacts with sales management but I've gotten no response. You can't even see the Manager (it seems easier to see and talk to the President of the United States). In fact, all Keffer Hyundai Staff / Directors / Owners should improve customer service. Just take a simple look at the reviews and comments on Google and especially on Yelp to see the level of dissatisfaction and numerous problems reported by customers. Apparently it doesn't bother them at all, because they don't care about the customer. In the last two years I've spent a little over $65,000 buying a Santa Fe and a Sonata and I've never had so many problems in my life. Among them: Constant recalls (Santa Fe), transmission oil leak that still hasn't been fixed (Santa Fe), failure to honor complimentary maintenance (Sonata) and worst of all... the total lack of respect and concern in solve customer problems. If you don't want a lot of trouble, being treated badly as a customer and a headache, please don't do any kind of business with Keffer Hyundai. More
