My wife had a routine oil change scheduled two weeks in advance for Saturday at 9:30 AM. She waited 2.5 hours (with a 1 year old) and finally left at 12:15 PM for what should take 30 minutes max. This wa advance for Saturday at 9:30 AM. She waited 2.5 hours (with a 1 year old) and finally left at 12:15 PM for what should take 30 minutes max. This was our first experience with the service dept at Keffer Hyundai and while the free oil change is a nice perk, it should never take that long when a customer is on time and waiting. She did say Violet was very nice and did what should could during the situation. More
