For three years I have used this dealership because of warranty work. It has been the most frustrating three years I could imagine. My latest experience is so typical of the history of poor service. I received a call saying the part would have to be ordered again because it was returned due to it sitting in parts department for two months and not being installed. Sales people were helpful and did a good job of covering for each other when someone was not available. The car I wanted was ready to be shipped from the factory and I was able to place my order and put do for each other when someone was not available. Car came in faster than promised and I believe I picked it up the day after it came off the truck. Lowest mileage of any new car I have ever bought (12 miles). Price paid was same as price originally quoted (car was bought during pandemic shortage so I didn't even try to negotiate since price was competitive with quotes from other dealers). What really impressed me was that this is the first dealership that I have bought a car from where the finance guy did not try to get me to finance the car when I wanted to pay cash. Furthermore, while he did try to sell me an extended warranty he backed off when I said I wasn't interested. More
