Keffer Hyundai review: Michael Bradley - 2018 Genesis G80 - 11/28/22 First it should be noted that I chose this dealership over the one located within 5 miles of my home. Customer Service \ Service representative were excellent. Took my concerns down exactly as stated. Viewed the pictures I had for better understanding of my problems. She asked questions for clarification. Provided me with timelines with waiting on car or if I left it. Excellence Where I do have a problem is in the actual work that was performed. I had an alignment, oil change & inspection. On the alignment my vehicle now pulls severely to the left. It was not behaving this way when I brought it in. Even with the alignment being needed. Also the steering wheel is not centered with the wheels. By this I mean that, when going straight the steering wheel has to be turned about 15° to the right. I am returning the vehicle for corrections Monday 11/21/22. More

Fantastic dealership service! We were really worried about completing our lease trade-in since we knew prices weren't what they were a couple years ago. Not a problem here! Our salesman, George, gave us great options and advice based on our budget and we got our new lease squared away pretty quickly. It was a less painful experience than we were anticipating. Keffer Hyundai was great and hopefully George will be there in a couple years when it's time to lease again! More
The oxidized chrome was replaced under warranty. This included the two rear windows in the rear of my GV70. It took 2 days, but I had a loaner, so no issue there. The valet retrieved my GV70 and bro This included the two rear windows in the rear of my GV70. It took 2 days, but I had a loaner, so no issue there. The valet retrieved my GV70 and brought the loaner. Asia, my advisor, and Jennifer, another advisor kept me in the loop. The valet, Austin by name, returned my GV70 when complete. He’s an asset as he is very congenial and a nice guy. It has been a success! I so appreciate not having to leave home for service to be performed. More
