Customer Service \ Service representative were excellent. Took my concerns down exactly as stated. Viewed the pictures I had for better understanding of my problems. She asked questions for clarification. Provided me with timelines with waiting on car or if I left it. Excellence Where I do have a problem is in the actual work that was performed. I had an alignment, oil change & inspection. On the alignment my vehicle now pulls severely to the left. It was not behaving this way when I brought it in. Even with the alignment being needed. Also the steering wheel is not centered with the wheels. By this I mean that, when going straight the steering wheel has to be turned about 15° to the right. I am returning the vehicle for corrections Monday 11/21/22. More

Fantastic dealership service! We were really worried about completing our lease trade-in since we knew prices weren't what they were a couple years ago. Not a problem here! The oxidized chrome was replaced under warranty. This included the two rear windows in the rear of my GV70. It took 2 days, but I had a loaner, so no issue there. He’s an asset as he is very congenial and a nice guy. It has been a success! I so appreciate not having to leave home for service to be performed. More
